Dr Bickle and assistant, Melissa, were awesome! Had to have a root canal completed on my crown. They explained the procedure and informed me step by step while doing the procedure. My biggest concern was the pain associated with the needle when they numbed it. But, there wasn't any pain at all! I didn't realize how much pain I had been living with daily until I woke up the morning after the procedure pain free! I am so thankful for Dr. Bickle who is so knowledgeable, caring, professional and compassionate. I hope I don't need another root canal any time soon, but when I do, at least now I know who to contact!

Dr. Bickel is amazing and great bedside manner. And his assistant Melissa is second to none. She can even get your x-rays with long roots in one shot! She is understanding and seeks to listen to your needs as a patient. She was truly a breath of fresh air! If you need a root canal come here!

Had one of the best experiences i've ever had in a dental office, Dr. Bickel and his assistant roe( sorry if i misspelled your name) were the best. Very thorough in explaining what was being done and checked to see if everything was ok with me throughout the process. They made me feel extremely comfortable. Had root canal therapy done so you know the shots to the gums usually hurt but surprisingly Dr. Bickel mad it feel painless.. thank you all very much for the great work and great experience. Would definitely come back if needed and would also 100% recommend.
